We reviewed the current state of progress. The call for comment has closed. Comments were received. Michael provided a comment resolution log addressing all comments to the oasis-charter-discuss@ mailing list.Â

Chet reviewed the timeline going forward:Â

Call for participation: Friday, 10-12

Reminder of deadline to join with voting rights â 29 October

Call for nominations for chair â 30 October

Last day to join with voting rights â 7 days before 1st meeting

List of eligible voters to mailing list â 07 November

Inaugural meeting â 12 November

Chet reviewed the tools that will be available for the TC when the call for participation goes out. Covered all the ways the call will be publicized.Â

Chet explained that all proposers will need to go to the web site and explicitly join the TC in order to accept the terms and conditions.Â

Carol reviewed the options for recruiting and publicizing and what OASIS will do and what the members can work with us to do. Dee talked about some of the ongoing recruitment underway.Â
