o We noted no comments received on the charter. Reviewed next steps. Chet noted that additional proposers can be added to the charter anytime before the Call for Participation is sent.Â
o	Request that a TC GitHub be set up with the other TC tools 
o	Discussed press release and outreach. Note the broad interest and support; this could be another big TC a la CTI
o	Bret will send a note to oasis-charter-discuss@ reporting that no comments were received. Chet will set up TC infrastructure. Also, Chet will change "WG" in scope section to "TC"
