Groups - oBIX Face2Face in Tampa added

With at least one chair and several key players already in town for the
Niagara Summit, oBIX will have a Face-to-Face immediately following the
Niagra Summit. The meeting has been scheduled early so that conference
attendees can stil lcatch their mid-day planes - which will offer a rare
oportunity for our European members to attend 'during the day'
