PPT Review:

Brian Frank reviewed the overview presentation.  We discussed the proposed standard, content, issues and how to proceed.


Action Items:

1.	Voting members need to sign new IPR agreement.
2.	Clean up issues on document. Resolve appendix items and remove the appendix.  Create a separate document or e-mail to track.  Brian to complete week of May 16th.
3.	Jamie of OASIS to review the  WSDL and document prior to review. ASAP.
4.	Committee draft to be updated to and voted on via an online poll. 
5.	Vote on IPR (online poll closes prior to May 16th meeting).
6.	May 16th meeting informational with poll on IPR.
7.	Online vote on release of document to follow.
8.	Sixty day public review
9.	Deal with comments  revisions and changes
