I have a sight difficulty voting for Yes or No because
a) I definitely want the standardization of that backend protocol to move forward as quickly as possible (thus a tenendy to vote for Yes)
b) I hate the idea that a company is claiming patent rights on some of the specification of that newly created standard (thus a tendency to vote No)
So a) is more important to me than b), which is why I voted for Yes, but what is the alternative if we close the TC under Non-Assertion mode and no RAND mode TC is being reopened? Has that been discussed? I don’t really remember from our last OASIS OCPP TC call last week.
