I agree that we should not mention $skiptoken here.

On the other hand it's nice for servers that the ABNF already reserves $skiptoken, this avoids the pain of picking an implementation-specific custom query option that is unlikely to collide with other implementations (€skiptoken and ¥skiptoken come to mind :-).
