Requests to $metadata and $batch did not explicitly allow custom query options in the ABNF.

After adding JSON formats for metadata and batch $format needs to be allowed for all requests.

Custom query options need to be allowed for all requests for e.g. passing API keys or other implementation-specific data in the URL.
