Another agenda item: Property and EntityType

Agenda topic for discussion.

 

Property is currently restricted to
primitive type, complex type, or
enumeration type.  This unnecessarily excludes a value of EntityType.

 

As with the other types, the value of an EntityType could be stored in a Property.
