Additional Use Cases

I have added more use cases to the list at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/ChangeTrackingUseCases in line with Doug's suggestions.

The new use cases are:
C.11 - Column Width Change
E.6 - Page Size Change
E.7 - Page Orientation Change
E.8 - Page Column Change
