Some notes on abiword generic change tracking...

Hi,
  I'm producing an odt file detailing things in abiword gct, but I
thought I'd drop a very "work in progress" draft of it on the list now
in the interests of folks having the time to see it before the
conference call. Pages 3 and 5 are the core of it.
