Doc updates

Hello all –

I found a few repetitive typos in the extended proposal document and have uploaded revisions.

 

In the main (first) document:

Add a New Style – Cached State example

missing sub-id attributes

Table examples

·        
text:id attribute corrected to text:change-id

 

In the supplement (second) document:

Throughout

·        
text:id attribute corrected to text:change-id

 

I apologize for missing these.  Too much staring at XML on a monitor – it starts to blur together…
