Several members of the SC seem to donate their time here on a pro-bono basis, and it's probably not fair to demand full attention just before, or during the holiday season.  Our calls, and subsequent discussions, tended to be quite controversial, so I suggest for the future to indeed conduct a strawman poll prior to a TC ballot.  Cheers,
