Oliver's action item "Update operation wiki pages"

Hi,
sorry for not being active earlier.
I have update the current wiki pages about the operations "Insertion of a paragraph" and "Deletion of a paragraph".
"Insertion of a paragraph" is now talking about the insertion of an 'empty' paragraph.
I also made some minor changes to "Deletion of a paragraph". Here, I am not sure, if this operation is only for an 'empty' paragraph or for a paragraph inclusive its content and 'childs'.
