Certainly. Any one that can provide a good service is very welcome to do so. I
was just pointing out that the admin/initiator rights should lie with the
chair of the particular meeting. So if e.g. Microsoft could provide a service,
it would be most convenient if they could give admin rights to the chair to
initiate the call.
