table:table-template in office:master-styles

To the technical committee

Section 14.5 of OpenDocument-v1.2-draft1.odt (12 Jan 2007) says that Table 
*templates* are contained in the <office:master-styles> element. But this is 
not reflected in the RelaxNG in section 2.7 of the same document.
