I removed some of the extensive change trackings from our previous
iterations, where we got a consensus meanwhile. I left the changes where
I am not sure we finished the discussion, so if you have open issues
with those (or other) paragraphs, please say so.
Also, I nearly re-wrote the Host/Port/LocalSocket chapters, but disabled
change tracking for this, since it became too crowded there. Please
check those new chapters, too.
