Sorry for my abrupt mail.  Yes, I was talking about 
the sentence "In addition to Sections can contain regular 
text content or the text can be contained in another file 
and linked to the section".  I do not understand what is the 
subject of this sentence.

Is is ok if we simply omit "In addition"?
