Cor, it gets longer every time ;). Trouble with this one is that 
it's strictly (x/2)% not x%. Might be getting unwieldy. The 
official line for Summary (page 80) is:

"Summary: A one-sentence briefly describing the function or 
operator."

Now, someone tell me why that doesn't read:
"Summary: One sentence briefly describing the function or operator."
