Better Indexing?

Hi all.  I'd like to propose an improvement to the Indexing 
capabilities of ODT.  I've written my proposed improvements up here:

 	I'm no guru in either ODT or XML, so the document is unfortunately 
doesn't cover all possible features, and doesn't define any schema.  I'm not 
even 100% sure I haven't occasionally confused OpenOffice.org with ODT 
(although the discerning reader should be able to make their own, 
non-OpenOffice applications).

 	Hopefully this is helpful in improving the indexing in various pieces 
of ODT-using software.
