Minor clarification:

Just like 6.3.5.12 text:city represents "city name", the text for 6.3.5.14 
text:sender-country and 6.3.5.15 text:sender-state-or-province should read
"represent country name" and "state or province name" respectively
(instead of just "country", "state or province")
