That should have read:
*Doesn't specify that SearchRegion must be single row or column

How about adding to Constraints:

"Constraints: -1 <= MatchType <= 1
             SearchRegion must be a single row or column"

or is it OK to call it a vector? :

"SearchRegion must be a vector (a single row or column)"
