<draw:caption> in <office:text> (ODF all versions)

Dear all,

According to 2.5 the <office:text> element can have <draw:caption> as a
child.

It is not clear from the description of <draw:caption> how its stated
function (as a caption for a drawing) accords with this pattern.

Please clarify how <draw:caption> is to be processed when it occurs as a
child of <office:text>.
