"The style:paper-tray-name attribute specifies the paper tray to use
when printing the document. The names assigned to the printer trays
depends upon the printer."

This should be moved to settings.xml (or removed altogether)

While Rob pointed out on the OIC list that this can sometimes be useful
in an office environment, it assumes you are using the same printer (or
at least sharing the same tray naming conventions) as your colleagues.
And usually one doesn't bother with selecting the paper tray manually
anyway...
