Blinking text (ODF all versions)

Dear all,

ODF (unfortunately) allows for blinking text.

So in 19.354 we learn:

The style:text-blinking attribute specifies whether or not text blinks.

What does "text" mean here? If an entire section has a blinking style
property will all the textual content (including, e.g. the content of
MathML expressions) blink?
