application during an animation. The available command types and its
parameters depend on the document type and the type of the target
element. See 9.9 for details about the element's usage in presentation
documents.

* The terms "command" and "generic command" are not defined within the
spec. A formal terms & definitions section would help with this.

* _When_ are commands sent, and by what process?

* _How_ do the available command type and paramaters depend on the
document type etc?

* _What_ are the available commands and parameters (they are not listed
in 9.9)?
