The nlmanage page does not appear to provide any way for the public to 
register to join the opendocument-users list. Sorry for posting this 
here, but I could not find a mail-list admin mail addresss on the OASIS 
site either.

(This may explain why there has only been one or two postings per month 
for the last year?)
