text:sequence-ref/@text:reference-format ambiguities (ODF1.2CD1)

Please clarify what is output when the text:reference-format attribute on 
<text:sequence-ref> takes the following values:

"caption" :
 + Just the caption text? 
 + Sequence name + value + separator character + caption text (e.g. Figure 
1: My Caption)

"category-and-value":
+ Where does category come from?  I think it comes from <text:sequence 
text:name="CATEGORY">
+ If this is the case, note that <text:sequence> and <text:sequence-decl> 
refer to a "name" and <text:sequence-ref> refers to a "category".
