Yet more whitespace (ODF all version)

Dear all,

5.1.1 has:

If the paragraph element or any of its child elements contains
white-space characters, they are collapsed. Leading white-space
characters at a paragraph element's start as well as trailing
white-space characters at the paragraph element's end are ignored.

If this is right, OO.o is non-conformant. It converts these things to
<text:s> element (which is a ridiculous construct as per earlier
comments!)

It is quite legitimate for users to want to have whitespace at the
beginning and end of paragraphs.

Whitespace handling in ODF really needs to be put on a sensible footing
...
