The anim:id attribute assigns an ID to an animation element.

However, the schema define the type of anim:id as NCName, not ID.

The text is thus inconsistent with the schema.

N.B. if anim:id is used, it cannot be targetted by an IDREFs type
element, nor participate in the RDF metadata model. Is that intentional?
