A reminder:  the office-comment list is for submitting public comments on 
the text of the OpenDocument Format standard, both published and draft 
texts.  It is not for general discussions concerning TC process,  the 
nature of standardization, the nature of the law, or that matter, 
Mesopotamian agriculture.  Please take such discussions elsewhere.
