line-break? (ODF all versions)

Dear all,

In ODF 1.2 CD03 clause 5.1.5;

The <text:line-break> element represents a line break in paragraph
elements.

Does it just represent a "line break" (advance the page, cursor position
remains the same), or a "new line" (advance the page and return to the
home position)?
