Comment on Part 3: Encryption acceptable to Japan?

Dear colleagues,

I am no expert of encryption.  But please have a look at
"e-Government Recommended Ciphers List", which is 
availblable at:

http://www.cryptrec.go.jp/english/method.html

The adoption of ODF in the Japanese government will 
be somewhat easier if ODF 1.2 meets this requirement.  I 
suppose that other governments have similar requirements.
