ODF 1.2 Part3 cd01 - 7.2.2 Conforming OpenDocument Extended Packages

The notion of "Conforming OpenDocument Extended Packages" appears to
be not udeful enough to justify the resulting complexity overhead.

I propose to remove this clause as well as clause 7.3.2 and the
reference to "Conforming OpenDocument Extended Packages" in clause
7.3.1.
