to add a otm for letting master documents having a template.
More unity and clarity for users, developers.
Currently there is only a template MIME type and file extension for master documents.
When someone wants to make a template that is a master document, it would be good for consistency, unity, simplicity and clarity to also have a template file extension/MIME type for master documents (templates).
It could look like this:

extension: otm
