The "/" entry - conformance (ODF 1.2, Part 3)

Dear all

PD1.2.6 has:

The file should contain a <manifest:file-entry> element whose manifest:full-path attribute has the value "/". This entry shall provide information regarding the content stored in the package.

It is not clear what "provide information regarding the content" means.

Please clarify.
