Comments on Digital Signatures in ODF 1.2 Part 3

Dear colleagues,

I have some comments on the use of XML digital signature in 
ODF 1.2 Part 3 (Packaging).

First, why do you use XML signature 1.0 rather than 1.1?

Second, I think that specific extensions such as XML Signature
Properties and Exclusive Canonicalization should be mentioned 
wherever possible.

Third, the RELAX NG schemas for XML signature and encryption 
are quite mature now.  I think that ODF 1.2 should use schemas 
in this note.
