PRD02 - Pt 3 Zip-level encryption licensing

Dear all,

In referencing the PKWare appnote 6.2.0, Part 3 imports the use of PKWARE's Zip encryption mechanisms. 

Is the TC confident it has fully considered the IPR aspects of this technology decision?
