PRD02 - nonsensical text

Dear all,

Pt 1, 3.17 contains a bulleted list qualified by the text "If a foreign element:". 

The third item in the list is:

"if the OpenDocument schema permits the inclusion of character data for all its ancestors up to the <text:p> or <text:h> element ancestor element,"

This makes no sense. Please re-word.
