"an OpenDocument producer SHALL provide a valid namespace prefix and separating ":" before the text"

The "and separating" doesn't make sense (at least it didn't on first reading).

Generally, mentions of characters in this spec use Unicode code points (U+xxxx syntax).

Also, "shall" shouldn't be in caps.
