Wrong note about text:outline-level in ODF 1.2 section 19.844.4 <text:h>

Hi,

the section "19.844.4 <text:h>" has the text

The text:outline-level attribute specifies the level of a heading, starting 
with 1. Headings without a level attribute are assumed to be at level 1.

But the ODF 1.2 schema does not have text:outline-level as an optional 
attribute, it must be always present.

So I propose to remove the note
"Headings without a level attribute are assumed to be at level 1."
from this section, as it does not apply.
