OpenDocument-v1.2-os-dsig-schema.rng Reference to ODF 1.3 Part 3.

In the Digital Signature Schema of ODF 1.2, the schema fragment for <ds:signature> makes reference to OpenDocument v1.2 part 3, section 4.3.  The correct section is 5.3.
