WEEKDAY function to support additional type argument values

Hi,

For WEEKDAY, Excel 2010 and LibreOffice 5.2 support additional type
argument values. New are

11: Monday=1 to Sunday=7
12: Tuesday=1 to Monday=7
13: Wednesday=1 to Tuesday=7
14: Thursday=1 to Wednesday=7
15: Friday=1 to Thursday=7
16: Saturday=1 to Friday=7
17: Sunday=1 to Saturday=7
