SPEC: typo in 14.4.29

The description for "14.4.29 Underlining style" refers to
  style:text:underline-mode
when it means in fact
  style:text-underline-type
(i.e. the attribute defined in 14.4.28). 

text-underline-mode is whether the underlining applies to words,
but this has nothing to do with simple vs. double lines.
