Proposal: extension to table:condition

This is a proposal for an extension to "8.5.3. Table Cell Content Validations".

MS Excel and KSpread have the feature of specifying that a cell contains plain text
(and not a number nor date/time...).

> TrueFunction ::= cell-content-is-whole-number() | cell-content-is-decimal-number() | cell-content-is-date() | cell-content-is-time()

Can we add cell-content-is-text() to the above definition?
