Acceptance of Minutes of the July, the 12th meeting

- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

- David Faure: look into aligning image filter proposal with SVG, and 
rework proposal if possible

Restart Numbering/Numbering Start Value

Daniel Vogelheim clarified the restart-numbering and start-value 
attributes at
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200405/msg00024.html.
The TC unanimously agreed to keep the start-value attribute unchanged, 
but to remove the restart-numbering attribute.

Regular Polygons
----------------
The TC discussed the proposal regarding regular polygons at 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200407/msg00017.html. The TC 
unanimously agreed to the proposal with the following modifications:
- the attributes defined in "common-draw-viewbox-attlist" are not supported.
- the schema will be changed, so that "draw:sharpness" is only allowed 
if "draw:concave" has the value "true".
