Spec: Animation steps

Hi all,

Chapter 14.15 (Text Animiation Properties) specifies various properties 
that can be used to animate text within a text box.

For text that is scrolled, there actually is no way to specify the 
distance by which text is moved within each scrolling step. For this 
reason, I would like to propose to add a "text:animation-steps" graphic 
property that contains this distance. It's value may contain the usual 
length units ("in", "mm", etc). but also "px".

In fact, this property was already contined in the OpenOffice.org, but 
probably was not described in the OpenOffice.org specification, and for 
this reason is missing now.
