New naming

Together with the new name of the specification, the mimetypes, and the extensions,
should we also change the namespaces?

I.e. should urn:oasis:names:tc:openoffice:xmlns:office:1.0 become
urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:office:1.0?
