4.1.1 Headings

Greeings,

In the subsection Heading Numbering, shouldn't there be a blank line 
before the paragraph that reads:

The attribute text:start-value may be used to restart the numbering of 
headers of the current header's level, by setting a new value for the 
numbering.

Thinking that would make it clearer that the paragraph goes with the 
next portion of the schema.
