Issues from Comments List

The TC unanimously accepted the following additions to the specification 
( http://www.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200411/msg00016.html ):
1.) the ISO datetime allows "." (full stop) as well as "," (comma) as a 
seperator character, while xsd:datetime only allows the "." (full stop).
The specification currently uses the xsd type, thus iso conformant dates 
would not yield a valid document. The TC decided to drop the ISO 
reference from the spec and only allow the xsd type.
2.) change cellRangeAddressList data type to xsd:string, since the 
regular expression needed to correctly verify a correct cell reference 
would be too complex.
3.) correct schema inconsistencies described in
http://www.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200411/msg00016.html
- Schema for <tabke:highlighted-range> (section 8.4.4)
- Schema for <tabke:highlighted-range> (section 8.4.4)
- Schema for <table:sort-by> (section 8.6.6)
