Database Proposal
Most issues from the last call have been resolved in the new draft. 
Remaining issues:

- how does the password work? is it encrypted?
Action: Lars to clarify

- why is the classpath attribute needed
Action: Lars to clarify

- Internal/External datatypes
A column definition should not contain driver specific datatypes. In 
order to help the driver select the right internal datatype for a given 
sql datatype, a driver should specify a set of refinements for the sql 
datatypes, which can be specified by the user, and which can be used by 
the driver to select the right internal datatype.
Action: Lars to clarify with developers
